I created PromoterHost and tried to get people to post for this and post for that. But now I am offering free hosting with no ads or banners totally free, no catch. No one was interested in the hosting otherwise.
I want to at least fill the server up. It has been sitting there doing nothing since forever and PromoterHost gets heaps of traffic. So I might as well use it.
